Pipeline Health has closed the sale of White Rock Medical Center to Heights Healthcare of Texas, LLC. The transfer of ownership occurred at midnight Central Time Oct. 5.
Heights Healthcare of Texas has a team of seasoned experts in the field of facilities management. They oversee several surgical and acute care facilities in Texas.
Patients should see no changes in scheduled appointments, surgeries or hospital contacts as Heights Healthcare assumes ownership of White Rock Medical Center.
Pipeline and Heights Healthcare will work through a transition period for key functions including those related to revenue cycle and information technology services.
Pipeline purchased the hospital in 2018.
